Job Description The Department The Ticketing Team are responsible for the sale and delivery for all season and matchday tickets across both Premier League, Women Super League (WSL) and U21 fixtures as well as our soccer schools and stadium tours, playing a pivotal part in driving our revenue and attendance. They act as the frontline and shape our fan experience – ensuring that every fan’s journey – from buying a ticket to entering Villa Park – is smooth, welcoming, inclusive and memorable. The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Ticketing Technical Manager to join the team – you will be responsible for supporting the technical setup, delivery, testing and optimisation of our General Admission (GA) and Hospitality Ticketing products across the Club’s Men’s and Women’s football fixtures and selected events.
