Right of Withdrawal

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

  • expressly consented to the commencement of performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

  • acknowledged that by giving such consent they lose their right of withdrawal.
