Job Description The position Working alongside the FIFA Workforce Management team and reporting to the FIFA27 Sr Manager Recruitment, the Coordinator, Recruitment is responsible for the recruitment of a talented and diverse workforce required to plan and deliver the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027. This role plays an integral part in ensuring a successful tournament by, attracting top talent and overseeing the implementation and management of a best-in-class recruitment experience. Key responsibilities End-to-end recruitment process of individuals hired under FIFA27, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, obtaining reference and background checks, offer/employment contract distribution. Candidate Management: Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Scheduling: Organizing interview schedules and meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
