Discount within our Club shop. Free on-site parking. Role Overview As Women’s Kit Assistant, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the success of the team on and off the pitch. You will be responsible for ensuring all elements of the players’ kit across training, travel, and matchday are expertly managed, from ordering and preparation to printing, distribution, and laundry. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will directly contribute to a professional, high-performance environment. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Assist in preparing, packing, and distributing kit for Women’s First Team training sessions, matchdays (home and away), and Club events, including supporting dressing room setup with correct shirt numbering and layout. Ensure all kit, boots, and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use; organise laundry and coordinate with the laundry team to stay updated on schedules and changes.
