Impact, on and off the pitch… The FA are excited to be searching for a Women’s Talent Game Lead Coach Developer. The Women’s Talent Game Lead Coach Developer will lead and play a central role in strengthening the quality of coaching across the women’s talent pathway, with a specific focus on Professional Game Academies (PGA’s) and the FA Women’s National League. The role is primarily responsible for increasing the number of female coaches and preparing them to operate in the professional game. The role will also support those coaches working with top playing talent in the development pathway. Through hands-on support, mentoring, and targeted interventions, the role aims to ensure coaches are equipped to drive high-performance environments and future success in the women’s game What will you be doing?
