About us The North Carolina Courage, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is seeking Seasonal Fan Experience Game Day Staff to join our team for the 2026 season. We’re looking for energetic, dependable individuals who want hands-on experience in sports, live events, and fan engagement while helping create fun, welcoming matchday experiences for our fans. In this seasonal role, you’ll support in-stadium activations, theme nights, and family-friendly programming while serving as a front-line ambassador for the North Carolina Courage on matchdays.
