In this context, RSC Anderlecht is recruiting DELEGATES for the RSCA Women Academy. Job Description As a team delegate, you’ll be present at matches, training sessions, and/or tournaments, and occasionally at practices. These take place at our own youth complex, as well as away from home. You’ll assist the sports staff before, during, and after practices and matches. Your responsibilities will include various aspects. Discover them below. Administration. Completing match forms, maintaining accident reports, and keeping track of specific match notes (e.g., substitutions made, goals scored, cards issued). Communication. You play a central role in communication between players and the club and are the primary point of contact for players and parents during training sessions and matches. Logistics.
