Job Description Summary Utah Royals FC of the NWSL is seeking a full-time Technical Scout to support the club’s first team player recruitment strategy. This role focuses on player identification, evaluation, reporting, grading, and recommendation across domestic and international markets. The position is weighted toward video scouting (approximately 50%), with additional responsibilities including live scouting, technical and physical data analysis, and collaboration with internal scouting and performance staff. The Technical Scout will play a key role in building comprehensive player intelligence, supporting data-informed recruitment decisions, and contributing to a consistent pipeline of talent aligned with the club’s playing philosophy and strategic objectives.
