The Venue Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the Venue Management project within the Host Country for the delivery of FIFA Women’s Club Competitions (FIFA Women’s Champions Cup and FIFA Women’s Club World Cup). Job Description The Position These are your key tasks Delivery of all infrastructure and venue management aspects of the FIFA Women’s Club Competitions. Collating, refining, and translating the infrastructure and venue-related requirements into venue specific implementation plans, including resources, budgets and timelines and communicating these to all stakeholders. Maintaining a strategic overview of all infrastructure and venue operations to ensure integration and coordination of the FIFA Women’s Club Competitions. Ensuring the development, testing and delivery of all venue operating plans, including policies and procedures, and, ultimately, delivering all venue operating plans into the integrated planning roadmap. The Head of the Women’s Club Competitions takes responsibility for the successful planning and delivery of all aspects of the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup and the FIFA Women’s Club World Cup. Job Description The Position These are your key tasks Accountable for all tournament matters with a day-to-day reporting line to the CWFO. Leading the women’s club competitions through the allocated FIFA Project Team and the local organisation in the Host Country. Ensuring key decisions are managed through the FIFA governance structure. Ensuring all aspects of the women’s club competitions are delivered in a holistic and integrated manner by ensuring relevant stakeholder management with, amongst others, clubs, FIFA, local organisation in the Host Country and the Host Member Association. Communicating and monitoring key milestones and decisions with all relevant stakeholders, both within and outside FIFA.
