The Venue Manager is responsible for the successful implementation of the Venue Management project within the Host Country for the delivery of FIFA Women’s Club Competitions (FIFA Women’s Champions Cup and FIFA Women’s Club World Cup). Job Description The Position These are your key tasks Delivery of all infrastructure and venue management aspects of the FIFA Women’s Club Competitions. Collating, refining, and translating the infrastructure and venue-related requirements into venue specific implementation plans, including resources, budgets and timelines and communicating these to all stakeholders. Maintaining a strategic overview of all infrastructure and venue operations to ensure integration and coordination of the FIFA Women’s Club Competitions. Ensuring the development, testing and delivery of all venue operating plans, including policies and procedures, and, ultimately, delivering all venue operating plans into the integrated planning roadmap. Ensuring all client services are translated into venue requirements. Monitoring and ensuring accountable use of venue-related resources (including related budgets).
