Job Description This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of best-in-class Commercial & Brand Marketing campaigns to support Chelsea FC Women’s commercial objectives. This person will play a key role in all aspects of the campaign processes from planning and strategy to execution, optimisation and analysis. Job Description This role is central to the planning and delivery of high-quality training within the Girls’ Pathway. The successful candidate will design and lead engaging, progressive sessions that are closely aligned with player development objectives. Beyond technical delivery, they will play a key role in guiding the individual development of players, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes both personal growth and athletic progression. In addition to coaching responsibilities, the role will involve organising and managing fixtures—particularly during half-term periods—ensuring players have valuable opportunities to apply their learning in competitive settings. You will be responsible for ensuring all elements of the players’ kit across training, travel, and matchday are expertly managed, from ordering and preparation to printing, distribution, and laundry.
