Job Description The Role The Women’s Physiotherapist / Sports Therapist will be responsible for developing and delivering a first class Physiotherapy service; to help maximise player performance and enhance recovery. Main Responsibilities Assess injuries sustained by Wrexham AFC Women’s & Girls Academy players. Create and deliver effective, suitable treatment and rehabilitation programmes for injured players. Report and provide feedback to the teams Manager / Coach regarding progress of injured players and management of fit players. To assist with the management of all recovery strategies post training and fixtures. Work closely with the Women’s Department Lead Sports Therapist/Rehabilitator and Strength & Conditioning coach(es) to develop and implement the effective delivery of pre-hab strategies and strength & conditioning programmes. To support pre-season screening and collection of in season data where required. Provide weekly, monthly and seasonal reports of player’s injury status and squad availability to team managers. Job Description The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Performance Analyst to lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of performance data to support player development and tactical growth. You will work closely with coaches to identify key performance indicators, translate data into actionable insights, and provide impactful feedback that informs training and match-day strategies. The role also involves managing video analysis systems, coding match footage, and producing detailed reports to track player progress and team performance.
