Job Description The Role To be responsible for supporting all technical & tactical aspects of players within this age group, alongside the head coach, with a clear focus on development. Primary responsibility is to support the head coach in all aspects of training, development, and team management. You will assist in planning and executing training sessions, providing individual coaching and feedback to players, and contributing to game day strategies and tactics.
