Job Description The role Assist in the planning and delivery of structured, high-quality training sessions aligned with the club’s playing philosophy and FAWNL standards. Support matchday preparation and delivery, including opposition analysis, tactical planning, warm-ups, in-game support, and post-match review. Contribute to performance analysis using video and data tools to support individual and team development. Support individual player development through feedback, monitoring, and agreed development plans. Work collaboratively with medical, strength & conditioning, and welfare staff to support player wellbeing, availability, and load management. Assist with maintaining high standards of professionalism, discipline, and conduct in line with FA Codes of Conduct and club policies. Support compliance with FAWNL regulations, including safeguarding, player welfare, and matchday protocols. Act as a point of continuity within the coaching team when required by the Head Coach. Job Description The Role To be responsible for supporting all technical & tactical aspects of players within this age group, alongside the head coach, with a clear focus on development. Primary responsibility is to support the head coach in all aspects of training, development, and team management. You will assist in planning and executing training sessions, providing individual coaching and feedback to players, and contributing to game day strategies and tactics. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting a positive and inclusive team culture, providing guidance to players both on and off the pitch. They act as the frontline and shape our fan experience – ensuring that every fan’s journey – from buying a ticket to entering Villa Park – is smooth, welcoming, inclusive and memorable. The Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Ticketing Technical Manager to join the team – you will be responsible for supporting the technical setup, delivery, testing and optimisation of our General Admission (GA) and Hospitality Ticketing products across the Club’s Men’s and Women’s football fixtures and selected events.
