Job Description
The position
Reporting to the Director of Revenue and Marketing, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Director and managing the integration across teams in multiple areas.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure that all deliverables are complete within the previously stipulated Cost, Time, and Scope, through control tools and methods, such as validations and status updates.
- Plan and execute the project, detailing its scope, budget, schedule, and other preliminary reports.
- Define the project execution plan, goals, and deliverables, in collaboration with other stakeholders.
- Consolidate the record of activities performed by the respective responsible parties (internal or external).
- Ensure the financial health of the project, controlling and reporting the cost and budget used.
- Full knowledge of the processes and tools used in project development.
- Support Procurement Dpt in the assessment of contracts of suppliers, identifying and resolving inconsistencies in scope, team, and billing format.
- Understand the implications of different technological or implementation choices, as well as suppliers, being able to advise on the best solution;
- Ensure that everyone involved in the project uses the tools provided by the company to facilitate the flow of information (Teams, Email, Network, Schedules).
Your profile
Education
Graduation on Business, Economy or Engeneering.
Experience
- Project Management in Marketing, Growth and/or Commercial departments of any segment in the market.
- Organization
- Planning
- Conflict management skill
- Budget and expense management
- Schedule management
- Expert in Excel, Powerpoint and Management tools.
- Right to work in Brazil.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Fluent in Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
