Do you love FCZ and girls’ football and want to share your passion with a motivated team?
Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for assistant coaches for the FCZ Women’s youth teams (U-teams) to start immediately.
Your responsibilities
- Lead or assist with three training sessions per week for the FCZ junior girls, ensuring varied exercises and engaging moments
- Support and coach the team during weekend matches
- Develop the skills of our players and contribute your knowledge and passion to their tactical and technical growth
What you bring
- A coaching qualification recognized by the Swiss Football Association (at least UEFA C License)
- Experience coaching football teams, ideally in the girls’ or youth sector
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
- Passion for football and dedication to the development of young players
