Flexible employee for day cashier & clearing – Women’s Bundesliga (m/f/d)
In this responsible and varied role, you will be a key part of the operations of our women’s Bundesliga team. You will regularly support our team on home match days in an important functional area and make a significant contribution to the smooth running of ticketing, sales, and customer service.
Job Description
Your tasks
- Supervision and management of the ticket office team on match days of the Women’s Bundesliga
- Central contact person on site for all ticketing matters
- Support and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Execution and verification of cash register reconciliations
- Coordination of the West Service Center on all home match days
- Close coordination with internal interfaces (ticketing, service center, events)
Your profile
- Ideally, experience in ticketing, sales, or the event industry.
- Organizational talent and structured work style
- Confident and friendly demeanor in direct customer contact
- Sense of responsibility and reliability, especially under time pressure
- We appreciate your willingness to support us on match days – whether during the week, on weekends or on public holidays.
- Good communication skills and team spirit
