Job Description
Your tasks
- You are the link between fans, fan clubs and the club.
- You will accompany our professional team to home and away games, selected games of the U23 team and our women’s Bundesliga team, including preparation and follow-up.
- You will handle communication with our fans and manage complaints.
- You plan, organize, and conduct events for fans and members.
- You will conceptualize and implement fan support projects and collaborate on cross-departmental topics.
- You are further developing fan engagement in women’s football
- You participate in conferences and training events of the club or the associations DFL and DFB.
Your profile
- You are familiar with the SC Freiburg fan scene and are acquainted with fan-political issues as well as issues of professional football in general.
- You have experience in independent project planning and execution.
- You possess a high degree of flexibility in terms of time and resilience.
- Regular weekend work, possibly also on public holidays, and a high willingness to travel are not a problem for you.
- You have excellent communication skills, a high level of social competence, and are a team player.
- You have assertiveness, are able to handle conflict, have a professional and reliable demeanor, and the ability to mediate between different interests.
- You are very confident in using the common Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent German skills, good English skills (both spoken and written), and a Class B driver’s license complete your profile.
