The various tasks involved in running the team fall under the purview of “TSG 1899 Hoffenheim eV”. To strengthen our women’s team at the training center in St. Leon-Rot, we are seeking a part-time coach for girls and junior players (m/f/d) .
Job Description
These tasks await you
- Organization, planning, execution and follow-up of game, training and tournament operations
- Conveying the sporting content and philosophy
- Supporting the head coach with organizational tasks on and off the field
You have the following profile
- Football coaching license (at least DFB C license)
- Experience in children’s and youth football is desirable.
- Pedagogical skills in dealing with children and young people
- Willingness to work, resilience and flexibility in terms of working hours during school holidays, on weekends and/or during the week in the evenings
- Reliability and teamwork
- High affinity for sports
