Eintracht Frankfurt Women’s Football is a department of Eintracht Frankfurt Fußball AG and is responsible for all aspects of women’s football. The scouting department focuses on identifying potential new signings for the first and second women’s teams. As part of the sports back office, it maintains direct communication with management and the coaching staff.

We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the Scouting department starting on July 1st, 2026.

Your game setup

  • Participation in the talent identification process within the women’s teams of Eintracht Frankfurt
  • Analysis and evaluation of potential new signings for the women’s teams
  • Documentation and reporting of national and international leagues
  • Using technical event data for talent identification
  • Video editing: Creating and sorting video clips
  • Game observations

Your eagle profile

  • Current studies for at least another year in the field of sports science, sports management, data science or a comparable field
  • Time availability of 20 hours per week (not a fully remote position)
  • Open and communicative personality, creativity, an innovative way of thinking, and team player qualities
  • Time flexibility and a strong affinity for football
