Your playing field
- Organizational and content-related support in the planning, preparation, execution and follow-up of Female Brilliance events and networking formats
- Support in participant management, including invitation management, voting and scheduling.
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings, discussions and appointments, including the creation of presentations, briefings and meeting documents.
- Conducting research and preparing content on topics related to women in sports, female leadership, networks and social developments.
- Support in setting up and maintaining the Female Brilliance LinkedIn group , as well as in community management .
- Support in coordinating and aligning with internal interfaces and external partners.
- Participation in operational project management and taking on organizational tasks in day-to-day business
That makes you a FOOTBALL MAKER
- Ideally, you are a student studying sports management, communication, media, social sciences, political science, economics, or a related field. Alternatively, you are taking a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s studies.
- Great interest in women in sports, female leadership, networking and social issues
- Prior experience in event organization, communication, social media or project management is advantageous.
- High affinity for digital networks and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Excellent organizational skills as well as a structured, meticulous and independent work style.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork skills and a confident demeanor
- Confident use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work occasionally outside of regular working hours and to travel on business
