Eintracht Frankfurt’s U20 women’s team is the crucial link between youth and professional football. Here, talented players are specifically prepared for the demands of top-level football. In a performance-oriented environment, we develop our players athletically, personally, and tactically, guiding them step by step towards the professional squad.

We are looking to strengthen our team with an athletic trainer (m/f/d) starting July 1st, 2026. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), spread over 6 working days per week. The position is  initially  limited to one year.

Your game setup

  • Planning, execution, documentation and follow-up of athletic training for the U20 women’s team
  • Monitoring of training and match load to prevent overtraining and injuries
  • Individual coaching of the players to improve performance; creation of strengths, weaknesses and workload profiles.
  • Implementation of individually tailored prevention measures with individual players, groups and teams
  • Implementation and evaluation of performance diagnostic measures
  • Team support on match days, both at home and away games
  • Daily exchange with the coaching and support team of the U20 women’s team
  • Close cooperation with the athletics department of the first women’s team and the medical department, as well as with the support teams of the other youth teams.

Your eagle profile

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science or completed DOSB athletic trainer training
  • Additional qualifications through certified further training in the areas of prevention, rehabilitation, performance diagnostics and athletic training are desirable.
  • Practical experience in athletic training, ideally in football or a youth performance center (NLZ)
  • Solid knowledge of modern training theory, sports nutrition and sports physiology
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Motivational skills and empathy in dealing with players
  • Structured, analytical and reliable work methods
  • Time flexibility and willingness to work weekends
