Sales Manager (m/f/d) Women’s Football Team
- Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing in Hamburg | Berlin | Frankfurt
In this role, you will drive innovative marketing concepts and shape the future of women’s football, thereby actively contributing to the further development of one of the most exciting segments in the sports business.
Here’s what you bring to the table
- Acquisition of new sponsors for the women’s teams of our partner clubs and, in the future, for other clubs as well.
- Development and implementation of tailored marketing strategies and concepts in women’s football
- Maintaining and supporting existing sponsorship partnerships with the aim of long-term and sustainable cooperation
- Developing proposals in close coordination with the brand concepts teams and negotiating with potential and existing partners.
- Meticulous maintenance of sales activities in the CRM; ideally, you have experience with Salesforce.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in a sales environment, ideally with customer responsibility
- Strong interest in the further development of women’s football in Germany and the resulting marketing potential.
- Excellent verbal skills, empathetic communication, confident and poised demeanor towards customers and internal stakeholders
- Goal-oriented, independent work style with high personal commitment and motivation
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel as part of the task
