HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA is looking to fill a full-time position (m/f/d) for Social Media for HSV Women as soon as possible . In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and further developing the social media strategy for our HSV Women’s team.
Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the conception, planning and implementation of social media content with a focus on Instagram and TikTok
  • Development and establishment of serial formats (e.g. player portraits, behind-the-scenes, matchday formats, personality content)
  • Establishing a clear content strategy and tone for women’s football at HSV
  • Identification and staging of female players as personalities and figures of identification.
  • Developing content approaches that appeal to new target groups
  • Participation in the integration of partners into social media formats
  • Analysis of relevant KPIs and continuous optimization of content
  • Observing trends on Instagram, TikTok and in the women’s football environment, and deriving concrete content ideas.
  • Support in the further development of digital formats around match days, events and community activities
We would love to get to know you if you

  • You have successfully completed training or studies in the field of media, communication, marketing or sports management, or you can demonstrate a comparable qualification, 
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of social media, content or digital marketing,
  • You have a sure sense for platform-specific content,
  • You enjoy developing creative ideas and putting them into practice,
  • You are a communicative team player (m/f/d) and
  • You are flexible with your working hours and willing to work on weekends.
