Job Description

Founded in 2004, OL Lyonnes is the most successful club in the UEFA Women’s Champions League with 8 European trophies to its name (including 5 consecutive wins).

With a total of 42 titles, including 19 French Championships, 8 Champions Leagues, 11 French Cups, 3 Trophées des Championnes and 1 LFFP Cup, OL Lyonnes has the greatest record in French women’s football.
Acquired by Michele Kang in 2023, the club is part of an ambitious international dynamic by joining the first multi-club women’s football organisation owned and managed by a woman, alongside Washington Spirit and London City Lionesses.

 

In a context of strong growth (ticketing, sponsorship, hospitality, merchandising) and with the organisation of all its matches at Groupama Stadium, OL Lyonnes has appointed a Ticketing Manager to structure, manage and accelerate the club’s ticketing performance.

This position combines strategic vision, commercial management, data analysis and management, with a strong data-driven orientation.

The Ticketing Manager manages the commercial and analytical performance of the ticketing in order to support the club’s growth, the occupancy of Groupama Stadium and the fan experience.

 

MAIN MISSIONS:

1. Ticketing Strategy & Revenue

  • Define and manage the marketing strategy for matches, subscriptions
    and packaged offers- Build pricing, yield management and loyalty policies
  • Develop acquisition and occupancy actions related to marketing, CRM and digital
  • Maximize the occupancy rate, the average revenue per spectator and ticketing revenue

2.    Data & Revenue Analytics

  • Manage ticketing performance through key KPIs: occupancy, average revenue, conversion, repurchase, no-show, segmentation, campaign performance
  • Work closely with the Data Analyst to automate dashboards and make management data more reliable.
  • Leverage CRM, ticketing and marketing data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Formulate data-driven business recommendations (pricing, targeting, campaign timing, inventory allocation, audience segmentation).

3. Management & Coordination

  • Manage the Ticketing
  • Coordinator- Structure the processes and increase the skills of the ticketing function.
  • Oversee the configuration, listings and quality of the buying experience.
  • Coordinate ticketing topics with the marketing, CRM, data, customer service, hospitality, stadium operations and finance teams.

4.    Matchday

  • Supervise the ticketing system on match days

 

DESIRED PROFILE:

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, within a professional club, a theater operator, a leisure park or a comparable environment. You master the issues related to ticketing, pricing, data analysis and commercial management.

With excellent analytical skills, you are able to interpret sales data, follow market trends and make concrete recommendations.

Your comfort with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent) will allow you to transform data into concrete and measurable business decisions.

You are rigorous, organized, and demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team, whether in management or cross-functionally.
