Job Description

The North Carolina Courage, a member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL), is seeking a Soccer Operations Intern to join our team. We hire people who help us work smarter, sharper, and more Courageous. This position reports into the Operations Coordinator to handle travel logistics, player registration, and training session preparations.   Additionally, you will be a key player in ensuring match-day success during playoffs, taking charge of roster submissions, timeline execution, and post-match logistics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training Session Logistics:
    • Secure appropriate training sites, coordinate equipment needs, and facilitate the execution of effective training sessions
  • First Team Exposure:
    • Gain insights into the daily operations of the first team, enhancing your understanding of professional sports management.
  • Equipment Set-Ups:
    • Collaborate with the Equipment Manager to assist in training set-ups, ensuring all necessary equipment is prepared for practices and events.
