OL Lyonnes

Founded in 2004, OL Lyonnes is the most successful club in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, with eight European trophies to its name (including five consecutive wins). 
With a total of 39 titles, including 18 French Championships, 10 French Cups, and three Trophées des Championnes, OL Lyonnes has the most trophy cabinet in the French women’s league. 

Acquired by Michele Kang in 2023, the club becomes part of the first multi-club women’s football organization owned and led by a woman, alongside the Washington Spirit and London City Lionesses clubs.

A well-known company in the sports sector, OL Lyonnes is currently looking for a VIDEOGRAPHER (M/F) on a permanent contract .

Job Description

The Videographer actively participates in the creation , production and distribution of the Club’s audiovisual content across all its digital and event media. In collaboration with the team in charge of content strategy, he or she contributes to the definition of the editorial and artistic line, and proposes creative ideas to enhance the image and values ​​of the Club.

Their missions cover the entire video production chain. They are responsible for filming various formats: clips, interviews, reports, documentary series or content produced on the sidelines . These productions are intended for the Club’s various broadcasting platforms , such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok and the stadium’s giant screens. The videographer is responsible for framing , lighting and sound recording , ensuring optimal image and rendering quality .

He or she also handles post-production , including editing , color grading , sound mixing and graphic design of the videos. The videographer manages the uploading of content and the animation of the YouTube channel, while adapting the formats and visuals to the requirements and specificities of the different social networks.

Finally, the videographer ensures that the Club’s graphic charter is respected and adapted across all productions , whether it concerns colorimetry, synths, introductions or design elements.

Travel is expected, and availability in the evenings and weekends is required depending on the Club’s current events.

Required Skills

  • Audiovisual graduate or self-taught;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in video and photo production, ideally acquired in the field of sport;
  • Excellent knowledge of different social media platforms and their specificities/trends (YouTube in particular);
  • Good knowledge of sport and women’s football;
  • Proficiency in video/sound recording
  • Mastery of video editing and post-production;
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite software;
  • Fluency in English (oral and written);
  • Knowledge of motion design is a plus.
