Role and mission

  • The Stadium & Fan Experience Project Manager is responsible for the operational implementation of home matches and the development of the Fan Experience for MHSC Women.
  • He/she ensures the quality of the public reception, the proper coordination of service providers and the creation of a strong link with the supporters.
  • His mission: to make every home game a smooth and memorable experience.

Main missions

1. Managing matchday operations

  • Plan, write and execute operational procedures and documents (timings, protocols, technical and protocol coordination).
  • Supervision of ticketing tools and coordination of the accreditation system.
  • Manage the coordination of service providers (security, ticketing, refreshment stands, cleaning, entertainment, technical).
  • Ensure compliance with FFF / D1 Arkema regulatory obligations (security, pre-match protocol, conformity of facilities).
  • Oversee the reception and comfort of partners, VIP guests and media.
  • Ensure the proper execution of partner activations on site (signage, visibility, entertainment, stands).
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of new hospitality offers with the sales team.
  • Implement a plan for continuous improvement of the Fan Experience (flow, reception, signage, comfort…).

2. Food & Beverage (F&B) Management

  • Supervise the setup and proper functioning of catering areas (general public, hospitality, teams).
  • Coordinate suppliers (caterer, brewer, beverage distributor, equipment) and operations teams.
  • Define product ranges, pricing policies and sales devices (cashless, fixed and mobile points of sale, food trucks, bars).
  • Monitor F&B performance indicators: sales, margins, satisfaction, flow and waste.
  • To offer innovative “Fan Food” concepts that are consistent with the club’s image (local, sustainable, friendly).

3. Fan Experience Development & Off-Matchday Operations

  • Design and run non-match event programs (stadium tours, autograph sessions, partner events, team-building days).
  • Develop targeted activation formats (student matches, family days, after-work events, solidarity events).
  • Set up a loyalty program for supporters (students, families, local young female footballers).
  • Collaborating with the communications team to create Fan Experience content (teasing, storytelling, reporting).
  • Ensure consistency and quality of the spectator experience at all club events (Academy, Pro, Partners).

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct a full review after each meeting: attendance, F&B sales, satisfaction, incidents.
  • Analyze data and formulate recommendations to improve fluidity, atmosphere and profitability.
  • Contribute to structuring an operational team that is true to the club’s identity.
  • Long-term vision for stadium improvement.

Expected skills

Hard Skills

  • Knowledge of how a sporting event / football club works.
  • Proficiency in operational planning, supplier management, matchday coordination.
  • Knowledge of FFF safety standards and protocols.
  • Tools: Excel / PowerPoint / Google suite / Ticketing CRM.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organization and stress management.
  • Attention to detail and rigor.
  • Team spirit and a sense of service.
  • Creativity and ability to create memorable experiences.
  • Available on weekends and evenings.

Desired profile

  • Minimum Bac +3 training (event management, sports management, sports marketing).
  • Desired experience in a club, federation or event organization.
  • Strong interest in women’s football and the fan experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a taste for fieldwork.
  • Fluent English required.
