Job Description
Your playing field
- Administration, picking and dispatch of team equipment
- Accompaniment of the team to courses, tournaments, training and international match measures
- Recording and posting of stocks in the merchandise management system (e.g. creation of packing lists, delivery notes, loss lists, etc.)
- Contact person for departments, players and staff
- Coordination with hotels, logistics partners and venues
- Assembly and dismantling of cabins, meeting rooms and material stations
- Determination of the requirements of the quantity structures for the playing and training clothing
What makes you a FOOTBALL MAKER
- Very high flexibility in terms of time (incl. travel activities on weekends and over several weeks)
- Experience in the operations of football teams
- Structured, independent way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and service orientation
- Driving licence class B
- Confident and professional appearance towards players, coaches, functional teams and external service providers
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word/Excel,) and experience in dealing with warehouse software
- Impeccable police clearance certificate
- Good foreign language skills in English, other foreign languages are an advantage
