Job Description

Your tasks 

• Management and coordination of the coaching staff (assistant coaches, physiotherapy, psychology, athletics, goalkeeping and individual training)
• Planning, preparation, implementation of training sessions according to the junior women’s training guidelines
• Sports support for the team on all match days as well as performance comparisons and tournaments
• Regular exchange with the coaches and management of the junior women’s division and the elite football school 
• Preparing and conducting development discussions
• Assessment of development using evaluation forms
• Participation in scouting activities (club and sports school)
• Participation in training measures

Your profile

• at least B license 
• Experience as a head coach desirable
• Class B driving license
• Interest in training and promoting young talent
• Enjoyment and interest in creating and implementing training concepts
• flexibility
• High degree of personal responsibility and reliability
• Discretion, collegiality and teamwork
• High level of commitment and dedication
