Job Description
Football club WSV 1930 is looking for an ambitious coach for our Women’s 1st team for the second half of the current 2025-2026 season. If both sides are satisfied, an extension for subsequent seasons is highly negotiable. This team plays in the Sunday 1st Division and competes at the top of the league. It’s a young, enthusiastic group of girls who still have a lot to learn and enjoy playing.
In addition to the Women’s 1 team, we have a recreational Women’s 2 (Sunday) 3rd division, a Women’s 1 (Saturday) 5th division, U17, U15, and U13 teams. A U11 team will be added after the winter break. In short, a successful and still-growing girls’ and women’s section.
What are we looking for?
- A coach who is performance-oriented and who prioritizes player development;
- In possession of at least a TC 3 / UEFA C diploma or demonstrable experience in the coaching profession;
- Preparing and providing training on Tuesday and Thursday evenings;
- Guiding and coaching the team on match days (Sunday);
- Good and open communication with players, staff and other trainers in our department;
- Knows how to motivate players in an enthusiastic manner and help them improve;
- Contributes to and pays attention to the integration/flow of youth.
