Brighton & Hove Albion is seeking a Women’s Team Social Media Producer & Presenter to create distinctive, high-performance content that reflects the club’s progressive identity and the rapid growth of the women’s game.
This is a dynamic, hybrid role built for a mobile-first creator and confident on-camera personality. You will be solely dedicated to the women’s team—shooting, editing, presenting, and publishing content in real-time, optimised for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Operating at the intersection of women’s sport, community, and culture, you will produce content that connects fans with our players, acting as the face and voice of our women’s team channels on matchdays and beyond.
Your Profile
- A Champion of Women’s Sport: You will have a deep knowledge and passion for women’s football (specifically the WSL) and the fan culture.
- Confident Communicator: Energetic and natural on-camera presence.
- Creative Storyteller: Instinctive, deeply connected to internet culture, and quick to spot a trend.
- Collaborative & Independent: Comfortable running a project solo or integrating with the wider media team.
- Proactive & Solutions-Oriented: High standards driven by prompt action and consistent delivery.
General duties and accountabilities
- To support Brighton & Hove Albion and Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation in their aims and objectives at all times.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant club policies, including health and safety policies.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, ethical and social requirements.
- To build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional persona at all times when representing Brighton & Hove Albion and Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation.
- To keep confidential any information gained regarding the club, foundation and its personnel.
- To maintain a flexible approach to work at all times
