Physiotherapist

The KSV Holstein von 1900 e.V. stands for tradition, passion and the professional promotion of young talent and women on the fjord. Our women’s football department, the Holstein Women, is a fundamental part of our club and combines performance-oriented football with great team spirit. To strengthen our medical team, we are looking for a committed, professionally competent and sports-enthusiastic physiotherapist (m/f/d) for our women’s teams.

Your task with the Storks:

• You will be responsible for the physiotherapeutic care, treatment and massage of our players during training
• You will accompany the team at competitive and friendly matches and ensure first aid at the edge of the pitch
• You plan and accompany individual reintegration and rehabilitation training after injuries in close coordination with our team of trainers
• You will work closely with the functional team, the athletics coaches and our club doctors in a trusting manner

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed vocational training or a degree as a state-approved physiotherapist
• ideally, you have or are aiming for further training in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and manual therapy (MT)
• Certificates in the field of sports physiotherapy or kinesio taping are an advantage
• Initial experience in coaching sports teams (preferably in football) is desirable
• You are characterized by flexibility (willingness to work in the evenings and weekends), reliability, ability to work in a team and a high affinity for women’s competitive soccer
