Job Description
Your tasks
We are seeking a Junior Women’s Football Project Manager for a permanent position starting in February, reporting to the Head of Women’s Football Coordination. You will contribute to the operational implementation of the federation’s strategy for women’s football development and gender equality in governance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring on-the-ground initiatives, coordinating logistics and events, and handling associated administrative and budgetary reporting.
Specifically, your duties will include:
1. Operational implementation of the federation’s plan
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of actions within the Women’s Football Development Plan.
- To ensure the link between federal services, Leagues and Districts in order to guarantee the consistency of actions.
- Contribute to the implementation of national schemes in connection with the departments and territories, in particular the NXT GEN Coaches, Règles élémentaires and AAP Culture Foot Féminin programs.
- Supporting the design, planning and logistics of federal events related to feminization and parity (All Foot, seminars, federal days, round tables, open training sessions, activations during matches, etc.).
2. Administrative and budgetary monitoring
- Participate in monitoring the department’s budget and in the administrative management of the systems.
- Compile the financial statements, dashboards and indicators necessary for internal and institutional reporting.
3. Support for communication and promotion
- Contribute to content creation, project promotion, and the dissemination of best practices.
- Participate in coordination with the Communications Department to relay key actions.
4. Support for committees and internal coordination
- To provide logistical support for the strategic, operational and diversity committees.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, summaries and follow-up documents necessary for management.
Our ideal candidate
We are looking for a talented individual with the following profile:
- Having graduated with a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree, you have at least 2 years of experience, preferably within a sports federation, a local authority or an institutional structure.
- You have a strong interest in the development of women’s sport and the issues of equality between women and men.
- You are motivated by contributing to projects with national impact and promoting gender equality in sport.
- You have a solid command of project management tools (planning, monitoring, reporting).
- You have a good understanding of how the sports movement works and of public sports policies.
- You are organized and possess a good analytical mind as well as a real ability to synthesize information.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
