For our Club-to-Partner department , we are seeking a mandatory intern (m/f/d) starting January 18, 2027 , with a focus on women’s football . The internship offers the opportunity to gain extensive experience in sponsorship, hospitality, and internationalization, as well as a diverse insight into the operations of a Bundesliga football club. The internship lasts at least six months .
From the very beginning, you’ll be given challenging tasks, act as a fully-fledged team member, and contribute your own ideas. Put your theoretical knowledge into practice with us.

- Organization and implementation of sponsorship projects
- Diverse tasks in match day preparation and execution
- Creation of offers and concepts for sponsor acquisition
- Support in managing our partners and implementing contractual services
- Managing PR events
- Preparation and follow-up of the business and lodge areas
- Research activities & benchmarking
- Administrative support for the sales department in various projects

- Completed basic studies/at least 2 years of study in the field of business administration, sports management/economics or similar.
- High affinity for sports and enthusiasm for football
- High level of commitment, dedication, and teamwork skills
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Professional appearance & strong communication skills
- Independent, structured and self-reliant work style
- Language skills: German & English (fluent in spoken and written German) – additional language skills are an advantage
