Brentford FC Women

Job Description

The Club

Brentford FC is a little different from other Premier League clubs. We prioritize our fans, we are a true community club and, although we are financially sustainable, we are not afraid to take calculated risks. We take great pride in our environment and culture within the club, which focuses on development, inclusion and not being afraid to think differently.

Being progressive, humble and respectful, while remaining united as one team throughout the Club, guides our way of working and the decisions we make every day.

We also firmly believe that a diverse squad is a better squad, which will help us develop ideas, solve problems and, ultimately, make Brentford FC grow.

We played in a new stadium, 15 minutes from Heathrow, in the vibrant west of London.
