To strengthen our Women’s Football department, we are looking for a working student in team management (m/f/d) at our campus location, starting immediately , for up to 20 hours/week (up to a maximum of 40 hours/week during semester breaks) for a period of at least one year or longer in the future (continuous enrollment required).

Job Description

Your tasks

  • Organization and management of team equipment (kit management) for all teams of the Women’s Football Directorate: receiving, issuing and maintaining training and match kits; coordinating flocking/personalization; liaising with equipment suppliers and service providers.
  • Participation in the inventory of equipment: recording and maintaining the material stock in the systems, labeling and tracking, regular stock checks, reporting and requirement notifications.
  • Supporting the team in Player Care Management: Taking on administrative tasks in day-to-day business and transfers (document management, scheduling and travel planning), coordinating accommodation for players, liaising with internal departments and external partners
  • Supporting team management at home and, if applicable, away games
  • Assistance with the organization and execution of team events and activities
  • As a working student in team management, you will take on operational tasks in kit and material management, inventory, player care, as well as travel, training and matchday support, including data maintenance and
    supplier coordination.

Your profile

  • Enrolled student, ideally in the field of sports management, business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Excellent German and English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Organizational talent and structured work style
  • Reliability, a sense of responsibility, and discretion
  • Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with players and team members
  • Flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • Interest in sports and working in a team environment
  • Driving licence class B
