RSC Anderlecht
RSC Anderlecht aims to create an environment where the most talented girls have the opportunity to fully develop their potential under the guidance of experts, with the goal of enabling them to progress to the A-team, which strives to perform at the highest level. To achieve these objectives, the club is always looking for skilled individuals who are committed to helping the club achieve its goals. In this context, RSC Anderlecht is recruiting DELEGATES for the RSCA Women Academy.
Job Description
As a team delegate, you’ll be present at matches, training sessions, and/or tournaments, and occasionally at practices. These take place at our own youth complex, as well as away from home. You’ll assist the sports staff before, during, and after practices and matches. Your responsibilities will include various aspects. Discover them below.
- Administration. Completing match forms, maintaining accident reports, and keeping track of specific match notes (e.g., substitutions made, goals scored, cards issued).
- Communication. You play a central role in communication between players and the club and are the primary point of contact for players and parents during training sessions and matches.
- Logistics. Preparing the equipment used during matches, managing the equipment distribution, and hosting the opposing team’s delegation at home games.
- Educational. Communicating with the players and making them aware of certain norms and values, as well as working on team cohesion and the atmosphere in our locker room.
Desired profile
- Given the specific context of entering a girls’ team’s locker room, we prefer a woman.
- You have experience in mentoring young people and/or have completed training and can provide a recent certificate of good conduct in this context.
- You have a positive attitude and are able to solve problems (hands-on mentality).
- You have a great sense of responsibility.
- You have good communication skills, make contacts easily, and speak fluent Dutch and French; bilingualism is therefore a requirement.
- You embody the values of the RSCA academy (AS A CHAMPION on and off the field).
- You are enthusiastic and motivate the group of players to form a close-knit team.
- You are of course a team player, but you are also perfectly capable of working independently.
What we offer
The delegate works on a voluntary basis. They receive a clothing package so they can present themselves uniformly during various activities. Tickets can also be reserved for the RSCA men’s team’s home games.
