Based in Badalona, one of the main cities in Catalonia, the club is built on the belief that women’s football deserves its own identity and approach.

Job Description
The Partnerships and Activations Manager will act as the key link between the club and its sponsors.
The role is focused on driving the club’s commercial B2B growth, covering the entire partnership cycle — from identification and initial contact, proposal development and deal closing, to activation and management of collaborations.
Main Responsibilities

Lead the sponsorship sales pipeline: prospecting, outreach, meetings, and proposal preparation.

Develop and present compelling partnership proposals with clear narratives aligned with the club’s identity.

Manage partner accounts: onboarding, activation planning, and delivery of agreed rights.

Coordinate partner visibility, content, and matchday assets together with internal teams.

Support the preparation of budgets and revenue forecasts related to commercial activity.
Requirements

5 years of experience in sponsorship sales or commercial partnership management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Creative profile with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.

Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan; additional languages are valued.
