Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Assistant to the CEO (Unpaid Intern) to provide direct support in daily operations, strategic planning, and organizational coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in sports management, executive support, and organizational development within the fast-growing landscape of women’s football.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the CEO
- Assist in drafting and managing professional communications (emails, letters, proposals)
- Prepare and design high-quality presentations for meetings, sponsors, and partners
- Organize meetings, schedules, and project timelines
- Support coordination of internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed
- Assist with planning and organizing events or initiatives
Requirements
- Experience with professional communication (written and verbal)
- Strong skills in building and designing presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management abilities and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Professional attitude and ability to handle confidential information
- Passion for sports and interest in women’s football is a plus
