Job Description
This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of best-in-class Commercial & Brand Marketing campaigns to support Chelsea FC Women’s commercial objectives. This person will play a key role in all aspects of the campaign processes from planning and strategy to execution, optimisation and analysis.

Role Overview
- Supporting the development and delivery of attendance marketing strategy to achieve ticketing sales and revenue objectives for Chelsea FC Women
- Supporting the development and delivery of brand marketing strategy to achieve fan growth and wider marketing objectives for Chelsea FC Women
- Working with Fan Experience to develop plans to deliver best-in class matchday experience at Stamford Bridge and at Kingsmeadow.
- Briefing & developing content and creative using brand guidelines and content plans to support campaign objectives.
- End to end management of finances and stakeholder campaign reporting.
- Maintaining & developing key internal relationships (e.g. Commercial, Paid Media Team, CRM Team, Digital Platforms, Communications team, Creative Team, Insights Team, Chelsea Studios, Partner Marketing).
- Given the nature of football, support may be required outside of traditional working hours to capitalise on key moments such as matchdays and transfer windows.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategy development – Supporting development of season long attendance marketing and fan growth strategies to grow our addressable audiences, ticket purchasers and commercial sponsorship opportunities
- Creative and Content Briefing – managing campaign briefs across all channels to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and within brand guidelines to each channel owner
- Campaign development – managing channel owners to deliver tailored campaigns to meet commercial goals.
- Campaign reporting – developing and managing reporting infrastructure with the internal Insights team to analyse, evaluating and optimising campaign performance.

Person Specification
- Demonstrable marketing experience
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices
- Experience of planning, managing, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns utilising a full range of marketing tools and channels such as CRM, Paid Media, Earned Media.
- Ability to articulate and influence key strategic decisions, build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude. .
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Educated to degree level or relevant marketing qualification.
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
