Job Description

The position

The Human Resources Analyst will support FIFA27 Workforce team in a wide range of HR tasks and functions, including support in people’s data, processes and systems, maintaining high standards of compliance. This role supports the Workforce department in ensuring that the company’s human resources operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key responsibilities

The role key resposibilities, but not limited to:

  • Employee Admission
    • Preparing HR documentation for admission
    • Supporting new hires during admission phase
    • Continuous improvement of admission process and employee’s experience
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
    • Assist with audits and reporting related to HR functions.
  • HR Policies and Procedures
    • Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Input and update of HR databases and systems.
    • Update HR information in various systems
    • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
    • Update templates in various systems

Your profile

Education, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (such as SAP) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with employee  administration and compliance requirements.
  • The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Languages: Fluent in Portuguese & professional English
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project), HR sytems (SAP) and online collaboration tools (Sharepoint, MS teams)
  • Right to work in Brazil.
  • Ability to re-locate to Rio de Janeiro.
