Job Description
This is a paid contract role for an Academy Coach at Camden Town WFC. The Academy Coach will be responsible for coaching and mentoring players, organising and facilitating fun & intense football sessions, and promoting a healthy, positive, supportive culture within the team and the wider club. This is an on-site role located in Wembley, where the Academy Coach will be expected to train twice per week, with match days at the weekend.
Essential Qualifications/Skills
- FA Level 2 in Football Coaching/UEFA C qualification or above.
- FA Safeguarding Children Qualification
- FA Emergency Aid Qualfication
- Valid DBS Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communication effectively with players, parents and peers
- Passion for supporting player growth and development
- Ability to create engaging and intense session plans
- Previous experience in coaching and leading a youth team
- Strong organisational skills
