Overview
Kinetic Search is partnering with a global talent and entertainment agency, to appoint a Head of Women’s Football to lead and grow its women’s football representation business across the UK and Europe.
This is a senior, revenue-generating leadership role requiring an established women’s football agent with a credible, transferable roster of elite talent, and strong relationships across the WSL and European leagues.
Working as part of a newly established football division, the role will build a scalable women’s football platform aligned with the continued growth of the women’s game and the organisation’s global strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Player Representation
- Manage and transition an established roster of women’s footballers
- Lead contract negotiations and endorsement agreements
Build strong relationships with WSL and European club leadership - Identify and secure emerging and elite talent
- Ensure compliance with governing body regulations
Vertical Leadership
- Establish and lead the Women’s Football division
- Develop strategic growth plans for the vertical
- Recruit additional agents as the division scales
- Position the organisation as a leading platform within women’s football
Commercial Growth
- Drive endorsement, sponsorship and brand partnership revenue
- Collaborate with internal commercial and brand teams
- Expand player IP across media, digital and content channels
- Identify new revenue streams aligned with the growth of the women’s game
Candidate Profile
- Established women’s football agent with a demonstrable player roster
- Strong relationships across the WSL and European clubs
- Track record of successful player negotiations
- Experience generating commercial opportunities for athletes
- Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
- London based or willing to spend time in London weekly
Success Measures
- Successful transition and growth of the existing roster
- Expansion of the women’s football client base
- Growth of transfer, endorsement and commercial revenue
- Establishment of women’s football as a defined growth pillar
This role is remunerated, with a six figure package including base salary and incentives.
