Arianna Criscione is a former professional footballer who played internationally for over a decade, including representing the Italian national team and playing for top European clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain. She is also a founding member of Mercury13 and a co-founder of Valeur, a platform focused on pay transparency and career support for women in sport.
She currently serves as Head of Women’s Multi-Club Ownership (MCO) at Krause Group, where she focuses on developing and expanding investments in women’s football.
