Introduction
HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA is seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) for women’s and girls’ football with a focus on marketing and partnership management, starting as soon as possible.
In this role, you will be the central point of contact for internal and external issues relating to brand management, communications, and the matchday experience for women’s and girls’ football at HSV. Together with other specialist departments at HSV, our partners, and our marketing partner SPORTFIVE, you will actively contribute to the further development of women’s and girls’ football at HSV.
Your tasks
- Internal contact person for all marketing topics in the area of women’s and girls’ football
- Moderation of the cross-departmental project group for the implementation of the HSV women’s home games at the Volksparkstadion
- Responsibility for the brand management of the HSV women – from positioning and implementation to further development and compliance with the brand image
- Conception and management of special topics and marketing campaigns
- Support in the creation and production of advertising materials and branding
- Support for agencies, service providers and (media) cooperations
- Coordination of PR measures in cooperation with sports, SPORTFIVE and our partners
- Planning and responsibility for the stadium show including direction planning, management of service providers and content implementation
- Further development of the HSV women’s media concept in close cooperation with the graphic, sports communication and club media departments
We would like to meet you if you
- have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree with a focus on marketing, sports management or communication or have a comparable qualification,
- have already gained some professional experience in the field of sports marketing, events or communication and have a sure sense for brand management, target group communication and partnership activation,
- work independently, enjoy taking on responsibility and are keen to develop creative ideas for new formats,
- are an organizational talent who can keep track of things even in situations with a high workload (e.g. match days),
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and ideally have enthusiasm and passion for women’s football.
