We are looking for additional support for the women’s and girls’ football section at Kleeblatt for the U15w. We play competitive football with four teams and our players in the U15w are between 11 and 13 years old. Job Description
Our Lineup
- Challenging and varied activities behind the scenes of a progressive Bundesliga club
- Insights into the organization of women’s and girls’ football in the youth performance center
- 4 women’s and girls’ teams in training and matches: 1st team, U23w, U17w, U15w
Your task
- Support in planning, organizing and conducting weekly training sessions
- Planning, organization, implementation of team development measures
- Coordination with the coaches and the women’s football coordinator outside of training sessions
Your skills
- You want to give it your all with us in three sessions and match day per week
- You are a football enthusiast, a team player, open and flexible
- Class B driving license
- You have a valid DFB trainer license (optional)
- You are motivated to complete or refresh your trainer license with us
- You have already gained some experience in dealing with teams and young people
