Job Title: Women’s Academy – U13 Coach

Department: Women’s Academy

Job Function: To provide relevant and high-quality training sessions across the age groups working with. To lead and follow Chelsea Fc Women’s clear playing philosophy and implement across the squad.

Location: Cobham – Chelsea FC Training Ground, plus travel to and from Away games

Contract: Part Time, Permanent, 10 hours across 3 days – as and when required according to team schedule.

Main Responsibilities

  • To lead and deliver high quality training sessions, capable of supporting players developmental needs.
  • Tocoachattrainingsessionsin-linewiththeclubsplayingphilosophyandWomen’s Academy Blueprint.
  • To help develop players capable of playing for CFCW at WSL and
  • To understand and implement training sessions to support the growth and development of all individuals in this age
  • To provide performance and progress reports on players within the relevant age groups, for the Head of Chelsea FC Womens academy and wider
  • To assist in the delivery and design of training sessions across the relevant age groups where appropriate and according to
  • Whenleading,toprovidedirectiontoMDTstaffonRolesandResponsibilitiesofeach session, with the player development at the
  • To undertake a progressive and ongoing professional development process, attending and participating in in-house CPD sessions (when possible) and external sessions (if relevant).

Qualifications

  • UEFA B Licence (Essential)
  • UEFA A Licence (Desirable)
  • FA Advanced Youth Award
  • FA Youth Award Modules
  • FA Safeguarding Qualification
  • FA First Aid Qualification
  • MScorotherequivalentpost-graduatequalificationineithercoachingorsomething similar (Desirable)

Experience

  • Experience working in the Women’s game
  • Experience within Youth / development football
