Job Descriptions
- To be responsible for planning and coordinate the District / Regional Training Program.
- To be responsible for planning and coordinate the school and other grassroots Program.
- To coordinate talent identification program (youth team selection)
- To organise refresher courses and seminars for coaches
- To maintain proper filing records and document for program in-charge, specifically the Football Development Program.
- To assist other activities assigned by the Women’s Football Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of post-secondary education qualification
- Completed post-secondary school or above with Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE); or Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including English and Chinese in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE).
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, good oral and written communication (English and Cantonese) as well as people management skills.
- Excellent IT skills and Video editing skills.
