The FC Ingolstadt 04 e.V. is looking for dedicated support for the 1st women’s team as soon as possible.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

Organization

• Close communication with the coaching team and responsible persons
• Planning and organizing team events

Matchday organization

• Accompanying the team on matchdays as the main point of contact
• Preparing the locker room (providing jerseys, drinks, and other materials)

For home games

• Unlocking and preparing the match venue
• Serving as the on-site contact person, including locker room assignments (for home team, opponents, and referees)

For away games (usually with an overnight stay from Saturday to Sunday)

• Coordinating and organizing the team bus (booking & liaising with the bus company, loading jerseys, water, balls, etc.)
• Handling communication and organization with the hotel (booking, arrival, check-in, schedule)
• Arranging and providing meals for away trips (both outbound and return journeys)

Player support

• Scheduling and coordinating medical appointments and annual health check-ups
• Assisting players with administrative tasks, such as official paperwork and appointments

Your Profile

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends and travel with the team
• Reliability, initiative, and strong teamwork skills
• A Class B driver’s license is an advantage but not mandatory
