Team Manager BVB Girls U17 as temporary assistant

In the Girls’ and Women’s Football department, we have been passionately promoting the development of women’s football at Borussia Dortmund since October 2020. Since its inception, our BVB women have been promoted three times in a row and are currently playing in the Westfalenliga, the fourth tier of German women’s football. This marks another step on our ambitious path to the Bundesliga. In addition, our women’s second team and the U17 girls’ team are strengthening our sustainable development in women’s football.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a team manager (m/f/d) BVB girls U17 as part of a minor employment contract as soon as possible .

Job Description

Your tasks

• Independent implementation and supervision of match days, training sessions and other team events for the BVB girls U17
• Supervision of the weekend match days of the BVB girls U17
• Personal support for our BVB U17 girls before, during and after the season, especially during training and match days
• Interface between team management and the operational department of girls’ and women’s football

Your profile

• Relevant professional experience in sports
• Strong communication skills and empathy as well as a good sense for dealing with young people and adults
• Reliable, structured and independent working style
• High flexibility as well as commitment, ambition and passion
• Warm, authentic demeanor and enjoyment of working in a team
• Affinity to Borussia Dortmund
